Prepared and Ready
They are growing up. It’s inevitable. We’d be concerned if they weren’t. They will eventually reach an age where their bodies change and have a first love. And have their hearts broken. These inevitabilities don’t have to be debilitating.
Dying Hope
Hope in faith is what old men mumble as they prepare to meet the maker: “it’s just crazy that he loves me.”
Relational Sustainment
Unprompted, my son offered his perspective: ‘if I had a restaurant, I wouldn’t have TVs. People should talk to one another instead’
Natural Experiments
We are choosing who to follow now that we see the essence on the inside. Organizations cannot opt out of the experiment. Our money and commitments are shifting because organizations (and leaders) are distilled to their essence. The results are in.
